The Role: • You build the tools WWS runs on and the products the healthcare industry uses. The role focuses on strong documentation, system design clarity, and effective communication of technical What You Will Own - Your Responsibilities : • Create and maintain technical documentation (APIs, PRDs, system design, user guides) • Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications • Understand and enhance SaaS platform architecture and scalability • Design and manage data models and ERDs • Contribute to cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP, microservices, containerization) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment • Communicate technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders • Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability Non-Negotiable Metric : • UNIT TEST PASS RATE + DEPLOYMENT ERROR REDUCTION • Target: ≥ 95% | ↓ 15% YoY The Fight: What You will Fight: Broken software shipped on time.
