Lead TypeScript / JS / React Engineer (Full Stack)

**About the role** You'll join a growing engineering team as a senior technical member, where you'll own full-stack feature delivery and contribute to architecture, engineering standards, and technical decisions. You'll work across **React/TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS**, while helping build AI-powered workflows and scalable serverless systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, making technical decisions, and building reliable products end to end. **Location:** Hyderabad **Work Mode:** Hybrid **What you'll do** * Own full-stack feature delivery across **React/TypeScript, Node.js/ Lambda, and PostgreSQL** * Design and build **agentic AI workflows**, including tool-calling pipelines, LLM-integrated automation, and AI-assisted experiences * Design and build event-driven, serverless architectures on **AWS** * Use serverless containers for heavier asynchronous workloads when needed * Write and maintain infrastructure as code using **SST, Pulumi, Terraform, or CDK** * Contribute to architecture decisions around data modeling, API contracts, and asynchronous processing * Drive code quality, observability, and production readiness across the team * Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to break down complex problems and drive them through to delivery * Mentor engineers and help maintain a high standard of engineering quality **What we're looking for** * **8+ years of software engineering experience**, with strong full-stack experience * **3+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js** * Strong React fundamentals, including component composition, state management, and performance optimization * Strong experience building and operating **serverless or event-driven backends on AWS Lambda** * Hands-on experience with **PostgreSQL**, including schema design, query optimization, and migrations * Experience writing infrastructure as code using **SST, Pulumi, Terraform, or CDK** * Experience working with **LLM APIs or agentic frameworks** * Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, and asynchronous processing * Experience driving technical decisions and engineering standards * Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** * Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or freight technology is a strong plus **Who you are** * You take **ownership** and drive work through from design to production * You're **hands-on** and comfortable working across the stack * You're a strong problem solver who enjoys tackling complex engineering challenges * You're technically curious and interested in building with AI * You communicate clearly and work well with different teams * You lead by example and care about code quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability
