AEO Specialist (AI Search Visibility)

At DoableClaw, we build AI agents that help brands show up in AI search. When buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity what to buy, our agents show a brand whether it gets named, who gets named instead, and which pages the AI relies on. Then they help fix the gaps. We want someone who knows AEO well enough to teach our agents, and who works with clients to turn what the agents find into results. What you'll own Teach Our Agents * Turn what works in AEO into steps our agents run on their own * Decide which buyer questions, AI engines and sources the agents should check * Review what the agents produce, catch what's wrong, and make the next run better Client Strategy * Own a set of client brands, from first audit to results * Read what the agents find: where the brand is named, who is named instead, which pages AI relies * Turn that into a clear plan the client can act on Getting Clients Cited * Use the agents' source maps to pick the listicles, review sites, Reddit threads and comparison pages worth winning * Check the pages our agents draft, so AI can quote them Proving It Works * Show clients their share of AI answers moving, tied to sign-ups and demo calls * Run tests, keep what moves the number, drop what doesn't Shaping the Product * Spot what clients keep asking for and what the agents miss * Work with the founding team to build it into the product What we're looking for * Can explain, in your own words, how AI engines pick what to cite and why that differs from how Google ranks a page * Have shipped at least 2 AEO/GEO changes with a before and after you can show * Use Claude, ChatGPT or similar every day to research and ship faster * Test and measure rather than guess * Write clear English for US, UK and Indian buyers * Take ownership rather than wait for instructions Experience: 2-4 years in SEO / AEO / GEO / Organic Growth / Content Strategy Preferred experience in: * Hands-on AEO/GEO work with results you can show * Client-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company or agency * Working with AI agents or automated workflows, not just doing the task by hand * B2B SaaS / AI / MarTech / SalesTech * Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and at least one AI visibility tracker
