Senior Network and Collaboration Engineer

What you'll do: The Global Network Engineering organization is seeking a Lead Network Engineer to provide subject matter expertise in support of the Experian Global Network and voice/video collaboration environment which spans all business units and regions. This role will immediately contribute to several large global programs, including SD-WAN, automation, and standards development across the estate. The role will also work closely with the security, build, and operational teams to maintain and secure network infrastructure to adhere to stringent Regulatory, Governmental, and Industry security control requirements. Additionally, this role will help us establish an efficient, agile, and engineering team that continues to delight our customers by providing world class service. You will be our Wi-Fi subject matter expert, and this role will be based out of the Experian Hyderabad office. Summary of Primary Responsibilities: Lead the design, deployment, and support of global network infrastructure across on-premises and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Act as the Wi-Fi Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving enterprise wireless strategy, optimization, and support. Manage and enhance network security technologies including Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet, F5/Citrix, and SSE platforms (Netskope/Zscaler). Drive SD-WAN, automation, network transformation, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives. Partner with global teams to deliver complex network projects, improve operational efficiency, and mentor engineers. Required Skills: Expertise in Enterprise Networking, Wi-Fi, Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, and Network Security. Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, Check Point, F5, Citrix, Fortinet Wireless, Netskope/Zscaler, and cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong troubleshooting, partner management. 10+ years of experience in Network Engineering within large, global enterprise environments. Proven experience designing and supporting complex network infrastructures across data center, cloud, and branch environments. Hands-on experience leading large-scale network transformation, migration, or modernization programs. Strong understanding of network security, high availability, disaster recovery, and operational best practices. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.
