Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst , you will collaborate closely with delivery teams and global product teams to gather, analyze, refine, and prioritize product requirements. We are seeking a highly motivated problem-solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and strong critical-thinking abilities. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that align with business objectives and customer needs. Previous experience in technical and data-related fields is considered an advantage. Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for product delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, business objectives, and quality standards. Develop and implement a short- to medium-term vision for the product or service, covering both customer-facing functionality and technical enhancements. Define and execute the product roadmap, manage the product backlog, and prioritize feature development based on business value, resource availability, and stakeholder needs. Facilitate effective collaboration among stakeholders, design teams, and development teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed quality standards. Gather, evaluate, and prioritize input from various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, data science teams, and customers, to support informed product development decisions. Identify and evaluate new opportunities through market analysis, industry trend monitoring, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for new and enhanced product features. Required Skills & Experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks. Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and product management processes, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred. Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience with relational databases; experience with Snowflake is preferred. Good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), along with SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. Self-driven, highly motivated, and purpose-led, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Strong understanding of data and the ability to leverage insights to support informed decision-making and effective prioritization. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with the flexibility to work outside traditional business hours when required.
