業務内容 エンタテイメント部門の中で、「映像・アニメ関連事業」のマネージャーとして以下の業務に携わっていただきます ● 既存の映像企業アカウントのマネジメント ● 顧客のマーケティング課題を把握し、それを解決する「マーケティングソリューション」や「市場調査」の企画提案 - 予算達成を見据えた営業活動のアクションプランの作成および実行 - 顧客課題に対して、データや調査を活用したソリューション・サービスの企画提案 - パートナー企業や社内オペレーション部門との調整など、ソリューション・サービスの実装に向けたプロジェクト策定管理 - クライアント開拓、契約交渉 ● 新規事業の拡販 - 業界キーパーソンや顧客のニーズヒアリング - 協力会社や社内オペレーション部門との調整などプロジェクトの全体管理 - クライアント開拓、サービス提案、契約交渉 - サービス提案のためのデータ分析やレポート作成 ● その他、部門全体の営業活動（セミナー開催、定期的なプレスリリース発信など） 必須要件 即戦力となっていただける方を希望します。 ● エンタテインメント企業（映像、音楽、アニメ、コミック、ゲームなど）やエンタテインメントのコンテンツを扱うメディア・配信企業における勤務経験、またはリサーチ・マーケティングやコンサル会社等におけるエンタテインメント企業担当の経験 ● 以下の業務経験（いずれかひとつ以上） - マーケティング業務 （企画営業、販売促進などを含む） - 市場分析業務（市場動向分析、商品販売分析、消費者分析など） - リサーチ企画（国内外のリサーチ・マーケティング会社等との折衝など） ● プロジェクトマネジャーまたはリーダーの立場でプロジェクトを管理した経験 ● B to B折衝経験 ● 高いコミュニケーション力（クライアント、他部署を含むプロジェクトチームや外部企業と友好的なコミュニケーション、相互理解を醸成できる能力） ● 物事をロジカルに整理し説明できる能力（クライアントにロジカルかつ魅力的に提案できる資料作成・プレゼン能力） ● エンタテインメント業界やメディア・配信業界でのネットワーク あれば望ましい知識・経験 1. 統計データや市場データの基本的理解 2. 市場調査手法に関する基本的理解 3. データを用いたマーケティング実務経験 4. 企画提案型の営業経験 5. ビジネスレベルの英語力 求める人物像 1. プレイング・マネージャーとして自走できる方 2. 好奇心があり、新しいことへのチャレンジに前向きな方 3. 顧客や協力会社、同僚に対し誠実に対応し、信頼関係を築いていける方 4. 企画提案するにあたり、困難をブレークスルーすることにやりがいを感じる方、アイデアを形にすることを楽しめる方、粘り強く取り組める方 5. エンタテインメント業界またはエンタテインメント関連を扱うリサーチ・マーケティング業界でキャリアを伸ばしていきたい方 Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
