Garantir o alinhamento entre stakeholders internos e externos, promovendo comunicação transparente sobre avanços, prioridades, riscos e decisões estratégicas. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e inovação, contribuindo para a evolução contínua da experiência do usuário e dos resultados do produto. Influenciar decisões estratégicas por meio de uma visão orientada ao cliente, equilibrando valor para o negócio, viabilidade técnica e experiência do usuário.
