Role Objective The objective of this team is to identify, onboard, and grow premium, high-CFT and trending outlets on Dineout, with a strong focus on being the first mover in acquiring high-potential restaurants before competitors such as District. The team will initially focus on premium outlet acquisition and onboarding, with a long-term mandate to also own account management, GOV growth, market share, and exclusive campaigns/events for these strategic accounts. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 1. Identify Premium & High-Potential Outlets Identify premium restaurants and high-CFT outlets across priority markets. Track trending, upcoming, and high-demand restaurants that have strong customer pull. Build a pipeline of strategically important outlets based on brand value, CFT potential, customer demand, and market relevance. Proactively identify new restaurant launches and emerging premium brands. 2. Close Comp-Gaps for Premium Outlets Identify premium outlets that are already live on Z but are missing from Dineout. Prioritize and close these Comp-Gaps to ensure strong outlet coverage. Develop a systematic approach to track, prioritize, and convert high-value Z-Gap opportunities. 3. First-Mover Advantage Ensure Dineout is the first mover in onboarding high-value premium outlets, wherever possible. Track upcoming launches, competitor movements, and market trends to identify opportunities before other competitors. Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, management teams, and key decision-makers to secure early partnerships. Create a culture of proactive acquisition rather than reactive competitor-led onboarding. Long-Term Scope of the Team The role is expected to evolve beyond acquisition into end-to-end ownership of strategic premium accounts. 1. Account Management Build account management capabilities within the team for outlets onboarded by them. Maintain strong relationships with premium restaurant partners. Drive partner engagement, retention, and business growth after onboarding. Identify opportunities to deepen the relationship and increase business contribution. 2. Drive GOV Growth & Market Share Own and drive GOV growth from the premium outlet portfolio. Increase Dineout's market share within premium restaurant segments. Identify opportunities to improve outlet performance, customer transactions, and overall business contribution. 3. Work closely with internal teams to conceptualize and execute differentiated campaigns. Leverage Scenes to create visibility and demand for premium restaurant partners. Build exclusive restaurant-led experiences and campaigns that strengthen Dineout's proposition for both consumers and restaurant partners.
