Você vai atuar em decisões de arquitetura de alto impacto, mentorar outros devs do time, e ser referência técnica em discussões que definem o rumo do produto. Responsabilidades principais: Definir e liderar decisões de arquitetura de sistemas, avaliando trade-offs de performance, escalabilidade e custo antes de qualquer sugestão de time. Resolver problemas complexos de forma autônoma, indo além do sintoma até a causa raiz, e reduzir recorrência de falhas estruturalmente. Mentorar devs pleno e júnior, elevando o padrão técnico do time através de code review criterioso e pareamento. Traduzir objetivos de negócio em soluções técnicas com visão de produto, antecipando impacto em escala. Liderar adoção de boas práticas de desenvolvimento com IA, incluindo Spec-Driven Development, definindo como o time deve validar e revisar outputs de IA antes do merge. Qualifications Experiência em desenvolvimento de software utilizando GoLang, com entendimento das deficiências e eficiências da linguagem. Experiência em utilização de recursos de cloud (filas, bancos de dados, streams de dados). Prática em utilização de conhecimento de design de software e arquitetura de sistemas. Domínio de boas práticas de desenvolvimento com IA, incluindo Spec-Driven Development, com capacidade de validar criticamente outputs gerados por ferramentas de IA. Vivência em sistemas distribuídos e microsserviços, com capacidade de avaliar trade-offs entre consistência, disponibilidade e latência em decisões de design. Experiência com observabilidade e troubleshooting em produção (monitoramento, alertas, análise de logs), identificando e resolvendo problemas antes que escalem.
