Account Manager - Mid Market

As a Account Manager - Mid Market , you’ll work with some of our most valued customers, helping them grow with Freshworks while building long-term, trusted partnerships. What you’ll do: Engage, discover & drive results : Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers. Articulate value : Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable business results. Execute the sales process : Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, securing strategic wins and fostering long-term partnerships. Learn & collaborate : Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities, strengthen retention, and expand customer success. Hunt & prospect : Build a strong, future-ready pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent execution. Travel as required to connect in person, foster relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose. Experience that counts : 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles with a track record of success in an aligned territory. Strategic mindset : Curious, collaborative, and adaptable — open to learning and comfortable navigating change. Consultative approach : Experienced in working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, consistently exceeding goals with a focus on long-term value creation. Strong communicator : A relationship builder with excellent presentation skills who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and connects product capabilities to business needs. Domain knowledge : Exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus. The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 — $175,000 USD + Variable Compensation Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
