Xactware Product Manager I

As a Product Manager I at Verisk, you are responsible for leading an empowered product team to deliver meaningful outcomes—not just features. This role will be assigned to Xactimate, Verisk’s flagship claim estimation tool and the leader in the industry. You will work closely with your tech lead and product designer as a trio to deeply understand user needs, uncover opportunities, and co-create valuable solutions for the property insurance industry. Your focus is on problem ownership, not feature requests, as you develop strong product intuition and take accountability for solving customer and business problems in scalable, sustainable ways. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work-related experience and training 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, UX, or technical roles Proficiency in leveraging AI to achieve improved results Demonstrate proficiency in product discovery to define problems, understand users, and deliver business outcomes Solid grasp of agile and product operating model principles Excellent communication skills for storytelling, alignment, and documentation A growth mindset with high curiosity and humility Intermediate understanding of property claims, restoration, and contracting industries preferred Understanding of Xactware's core products and insurance estimating concepts preferred Experience with product analytics tools Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously Strong time and priority management skills Experience with Agile work management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA Willingness to travel occasionally for customer research or industry events #LI-MC1
