Strategist, Marketing PMO | Strategist, Marketing Project Manager

The Strategist, Marketing PMO is responsible for leading the planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing and shared services initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing function, overseeing project intake, resource management, portfolio governance, and delivery execution while ensuring alignment to business priorities and organizational goals. As the leader of the Marketing PMO team, this individual manages a team of three Project Managers and partners closely with Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creative Services, Brand, Digital, Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to drive efficient execution, improve operational maturity, and enhance visibility into work across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who can balance high-level planning with execution excellence. They are highly collaborative, data-driven, and experienced in building processes, leading teams, and driving accountability across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field 7+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, marketing operations, business operations, or a related discipline 2+ years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing project managers or operational teams Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Strong understanding of project portfolio management, resource planning, and operational governance Experience establishing and improving workflows, project management methodologies, and business processes Advanced proficiency with work management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar systems Strong analytical, reporting, and executive communication skills Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority Preferred Experience leading a Marketing PMO or creative operations function PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification Experience supporting enterprise marketing, creative services, digital marketing, or shared services organizations Experience with capacity planning, workforce management, and operational analytics #LI-MC1
