Software Development Manager

Solid software development experience, including experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise applications. Strong technical background in software architecture, application design, and cloud-native development. Hands-on experience with modern technologies, including .NET/C#, JavaScript, Python, REST APIs, microservices, SQL Server, Snowflake, and search technologies (OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or Solr). Experience building and operating applications in AWS or other cloud environments. Understanding of AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, Generative AI, and AI-powered application development; familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) is a plus. Proven ability to lead Agile software delivery, balancing technical excellence, business priorities, and customer needs. Experience driving architecture, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and influence technical direction across engineering and business partners. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels.
