WSP is hiring an experienced Site Surveyor to join our Construction Supervision team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveying and setting-out activities, verifying contractor works, and ensuring that all construction elements are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role requires previous experience within a consultancy environment and a strong background in property and buildings projects. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in consultancy/construction supervision projects. Proven experience on property and buildings developments, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or institutional projects. Previous Middle East experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia or GCC countries. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures. Experience with AutoCAD and survey data processing software. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary supervision teams.
