Senior Quantity Surveyor

Administer and manage all quantity surveying, commercial, and contractual aspects of infrastructure projects. Review, evaluate, and process contractors' payment applications, variations, change orders, and final accounts. Lead the preparation, assessment, negotiation, and settlement of claims related to extensions of time (EOT), disruption, delay, and additional costs. Draft, review, and manage contractual correspondence, including formal notices, letters, claims, responses, and commercial communications with contractors and clients. Provide expert advice on contract interpretation and ensure compliance with contract conditions, project specifications, and applicable regulations. Analyze project records and supporting documentation to substantiate entitlement and quantum for claims. Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecast expenditures throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential commercial and contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Participate in negotiations and dispute resolution processes related to claims and contractual matters. Review tender documents, BOQs, cost estimates, and contractual agreements. Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, planners, and legal teams to address commercial and contractual issues. Prepare detailed commercial reports, claim assessments, and management presentations. Ensure compliance with client requirements, company procedures, and industry best practices.
