This role requires ensuring high‑quality outputs within the façade access team while supporting collaboration with other specialist disciplines. The successful candidate will be expected to stay abreast of the latest technical advancements in façade access systems and apply this knowledge to deliver innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions. Degree in engineering or related discipline (façade/structural/mechanical preferred). Proven experience in façade access consultancy, including front‑end design and inspections. Strong knowledge of CDM and EN standards relevant to façade access systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with BIM workflows. Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and technical capability. Ability to provide clear, client‑focused recommendations. Effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
