Senior Product Delivery Associate - Product and Transformation

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Product and Transformation Team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. Focus on the middle office desktop portal to ensure client onboarding is transformed into a streamlined, intuitive tool tailored to employees’ needs. Job responsibilities Builds and maintains ongoing proactive partnership with product, design and technology team members to deliver business results in an agile manner within agreed upon timeframes Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping and upstream/downstream implications of new product features Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Perform user testing, support pre-release activity and production verification testing Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities Experience in product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definition, and deployment processes Proven expertise in agile story writing, scrum ceremonies and digital product development Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience and business needs to a technical audience Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge in any of these areas a significant plus - payments, corporate/commercial banking and client service/implementations Experience leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives / programs to automate and streamline processes to help businesses perform more efficiently Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment that is results-driven
