Senior DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help shape how our production platforms are built, automated, secured, and operated. This is a hands-on senior engineering role with genuine technical ownership. You’ll work across AWS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, and observability, building capabilities that improve reliability while making it easier for our engineering teams to deliver software effectively. You’re comfortable taking ownership of production environments, investigating issues across infrastructure and application layers, and finding opportunities to automate rather than repeatedly solve the same problem manually. You’ll ideally have: • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role. • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. • Experience supporting and improving business-critical production environments. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles and engineering automation, ideally including Azure DevOps pipelines. • Experience improving developer productivity through platform tooling, reusable engineering patterns, and automation. • Knowledge of infrastructure standards, cloud security controls, governance, and operational practices. • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across infrastructure, applications, deployments, and configuration. • The ability to understand and navigate application code when investigating platform-related issues. • An automation-first approach and a genuine interest in continually improving how engineering teams build, deploy, and operate software. Nice to have Experience in any of the following would be valuable, but you don’t need to have everything on the list: • Amazon EKS. • Azure DevOps, including pipelines, permissions, and integrations. • AI platforms, LLM gateways, AI governance, FinOps, or AI observability. • Technical mentoring, coaching, or engineering leadership. • Observability and incident management tooling such as Dynatrace and PagerDuty.
