Senior Content Creator

As a Senior Content Creator you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of Rulebook training, ensuring high-quality onboarding and upskilling across configuration teams and clients. The role works in close partnership with the Training Owner, contributing to the overall training strategy while taking direct ownership of Rulebook-specific training execution and delivery. A key focus of the role is building practical, scalable training content and learning experiences, reducing reliance on informal knowledge transfer and ensuring consistent capability across teams. Must have: Several years of a proven experience designing and delivering technical training or instructional design solutions Strong hands-on experience with e-learning content development tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, or similar) Experience creating training for software platforms, technical systems or product-based environments Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured learning content Strong collaboration skills working with SMEs, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Nice to have: Experience working with LMS platforms, internal training academies, certification frameworks Exposure to SaaS or configuration-based systems, data-driven or rules-based platforms Experience with AI-assisted content creation, modern learning tools and techniques Understanding of technical concepts (e.g. configuration, data, or basic coding)
