Senior Consultant Oracle Fusion

The Horizon Program is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Technical Operations Specialist to join the Procurement and Supplier Operations team. Reporting to the Procurement Operations Lead, this role supports the reliable and efficient operation of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supplier modules, with a focus on production support, incident resolution, technical integrations, business intelligence reporting, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate with functional, technical, testing, regional, and managed service teams to meet service-level commitments and deliver high-quality support to global stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Extensive procurement operations experience of minimum 4 to 10 years. Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supplier modules, including the Redwood user experience. Proficiency in REST APIs and commonly used scripting tools. Experience supporting integrations and business intelligence reports. Proven experience in process optimization, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Experience supporting a large, multinational operations environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions. Reporting and Collaboration The Oracle Fusion Procurement Technical Operations Specialist reports to the Procurement Operations Lead and works closely with Quality Assurance, Solution Architects, managed service providers, functional and testing teams, and regional stakeholders to support stable operations and continuous improvement across the Horizon Program.
