As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive commercial growth across the Nordic insurance market and beyond, building strategic relationships with insurers and positioning Verisk as a trusted partner in claims transformation. Must-have • 5+ years of experience in international B2B sales, business development, or account management • Proven success in acquiring new clients and growing strategic customer relationships • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in forecasting and business planning • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple decision makers • Self-driven, resilient, and highly motivated approach with a strong focus on results Nice-to-have • Experience within insurance, insurtech, claims solutions, or SaaS businesses • Knowledge of digital claims management, claims transformation, or decision-support platforms • Experience working with enterprise-level customers across the Nordic or European markets • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent solutions Your Next Step You understand the challenges insurers face and know how to turn innovative technology into meaningful business value.
