Senior Sales Development Representative

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: ● The ideal candidate will be located in the Delhi (and will work remote) ● Identify new sales opportunities and set appointments for the enterprise sales team. ● Responsible for outbound prospecting into a defined region, identifying key players, and penetrating accounts in order to begin the sales cycle. ● Nurture Marketing generated inbound leads by educating and developing prospects into sales opportunities. ● Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach ● Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate records and activity in Salesforce. WHAT YOU BRING: ● This position requires an ambitious self-starter with relationship selling skills and the ability to multi-task ● Minimum 5+ years of prospecting into Large Enterprise Accounts across India ● Ability to acquire and maintain knowledge of the Cloud Identity Security market and Saviynt's solutions ● Highly effective cold calling skills ● Focus on lead quantity and opportunity quality ● Confident in engaging in conversations with new prospects over the phone ● Strong oral and written communication skills ● Must be self-driven and determined with well-developed interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills ● Use of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini, Outreach (or similar sales engagement tools) required ● Ability to travel to regional marketing events and internal team meetups as needed (~10%) : Saviynt is an amazing place to work.
