Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years’ Business Analysis experience within insurance (London Market exposure highly desirable, not essential). You will join the team at an exciting time and translate business needs into clear, testable specifications, providing examples and clarifications as required. You will work on various initativies including client projects and product development activities working closely with UI/UX, Engineering, QA, Product Owners and other key stakeholders. You will also mentor junior BAs, providing day‑to‑day guidance, constructive feedback, and sharing best practice across the BA community. #LI-SD2 #LI-Hybrid 4+ years as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry (London Market Broking experience strongly desirable). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of requirements elicitation, management and documentation, including use-case development. Experience delivering in Agile and/or Waterfall environments; solid understanding of the Product Life Cycle principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to tailor content to business and technical audiences. Proven ability to work in cross-functional, team-oriented environments and to drive clarity in complex, multi-stakeholder settings. Technical fluency advantageous particularly with JSON (or proficiency in another coding/query language) to support API/integration conversations. Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple concurrent workstreams. Experience providing peer reviews, feedback and mentoring to analysts is desired (line management experience beneficial but not essential).
