Proposal Coordinator - Water

The Proposal Coordinator provides essential support to Technical Leads in developing and delivering high-quality bids for water projects in the Middle East. Based in India’s GCC, the role ensures smooth coordination, document management, and compliance across the proposal lifecycle. Skills & Competencies Strong organisational and coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, InDesign is a plus). Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of transport and infrastructure sectors preferred. Typical Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 4–6 years in proposal coordination or bid support.
