Project Manager (Software Development)

The Project Manager serves as the critical execution bridge between product strategy and engineering delivery. Working closely with the Product Manager and development teams, this role is responsible for translating product direction into well-defined, actionable work – and ensuring that work is delivered with quality, predictability, and alignment to business value. Required Strong experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, or Agile delivery within software development environments. Extensive experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and partnering closely with engineering teams. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), SDLC, and release management. Hands-on experience with Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and automation. Experience using AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and ways of working. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities. Preferred Experience working in AI-enabled, highly automated, or digital transformation environments. Familiarity with Jira Product Discovery, DevOps/CI/CD practices, and engineering metrics (e.g., DORA). Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
