This is a highly visible, client-facing role that combines elements of product consulting, business analysis, customer success, and product ownership. You'll work closely with customers to understand their priorities, translate requirements into actionable outcomes, and help shape the ongoing evolution of our platform. What We're Looking For We're seeking a delivery-focused professional who combines strong business analysis skills with excellent client-facing communication and commercial awareness. You'll ideally bring: Experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Consultant, Customer Success, Solutions Consultant, or similar role Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders Experience gathering requirements, defining solutions, and translating business needs into actionable deliverables Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines A collaborative approach and the ability to challenge ideas constructively and build consensus across technical and non-technical audiences Experience working within Agile environments and sprint-based delivery models The ability to operate effectively under pressure while maintaining a high standard of customer service Desirable Experience While not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous: Working within a software company, SaaS environment, or technology-led business Product ownership, product management, or backlog management responsibilities Insurance, insurtech, broking, underwriting, or related financial services experience Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements Azure DevOps, Jira, Linear, or similar delivery and workflow management tools User acceptance testing (UAT), product testing, or quality assurance activities Data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives #LI-Hybrid
