Process Manager

eClerx Services Ltd is seeking a seasoned Process Manager for its Financial Crime Compliance – Operational Excellence team. Reporting to the Associate Program Manager, you will own end‑to‑end transformation projects within the Client Lifecycle Management domain, bridging business needs with technology solutions, and delivering measurable value across operations, product, and technology functions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related discipline. 9–14 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance, Client Lifecycle Management or Financial Services. Proven track record in transformation, business analysis and strategic change initiatives. Hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional teams in Agile or project‑based environments. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio (or equivalent process‑mapping tools). Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform and AI‑enabled productivity tools is preferred. Domain expertise in KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, PEP screening and risk assessment. Demonstrated leadership competencies: strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, executive communication, decision making and coaching. Ability to independently manage complex initiatives and ensure delivery continuity.
