This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication and collaboration skills, who can effectively bridge the gap between client needs and our technical capabilities. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry. In-depth knowledge of Manhattan Active Omni and its applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Experience in project management and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Manhattan Active Omni suite. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of successful client engagements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A collaborative spirit, with a willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
