Manager, UX & Digital Experience

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, UX & Digital Experience to build and lead Marketing's digital experience capability, establishing the standards, systems, and user-centered design practices that define how the Verisk brand is experienced across Marketing's digital ecosystem. This role will include responsibility for hiring and developing a Digital Experience Designer, creating the foundation of Marketing's digital experience team. This leader will be responsible for shaping how clients, prospects, partners, and other external audiences experience the Verisk brand across Marketing-owned digital channels by developing user-centered experiences that improve usability, engagement, accessibility, and overall digital effectiveness. The role requires a unique combination of UX strategy, digital design, marketing experience design, and creative leadership. The successful candidate has a proven track record of both designing intuitive digital experiences and building scalable design systems. This is a hands-on role where the individual contributor will actively create digital experiences while also establishing standards, coaching UX professionals, and partnering across Marketing, Product, Technology, and business teams to solve complex customer challenges. Working closely with Brand Operations & Creative Services, Enterprise Editorial & Content Strategy, Enterprise Brand Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, and Technology, the Manager of UX and Digital Experience will establish digital experience as a core enterprise capability while building a modern digital design practice that evolves alongside customer expectations and AI Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in UX design, product design, digital experience, or customer experience within enterprise B2B organizations. Demonstrated success designing enterprise digital experiences including websites, landing pages, customer journeys, and interactive digital products. Experience developing enterprise design systems, UX standards, accessibility practices, and reusable digital components. Experience coaching designers while helping establish UX capability within a growing organization. Strong understanding of customer research, journey mapping, usability testing, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design principles. Experience partnering with Marketing, Technology, Product, and business teams in highly matrixed organizations. Experience with AI-enabled design tools, digital prototyping platforms, and emerging UX technologies preferred. Experience in technology, analytics, insurance, financial services, or professional services industries preferred.
