About the Role This is an Individual Contributor position within the Professional Services team. The role focuses on: Onboarding new reconciliations Maintaining existing reconciliations Implementing client-driven changes Installing and upgrading platforms using the IntelliMatch tool Responsibilities Onboard new reconciliations and maintain existing ones, adhering to project standards Support UAT testing and conduct regression testing to deliver defect-free changes ensuring platform stability Install and upgrade reconciliation applications and related products on client platforms Design and implement new changes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, change delivery teams, and clients Provide analytical and subject matter expertise for broader strategic initiatives Work with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, drive automation, and improve process efficiency Qualifications 4+ years of reconciliation development experience across IntelliMatch modules (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation) 4+ years of strong SQL database experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/training/work experience Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of the financial services marketplace and reconciliation processes Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with deep technical and functional expertise Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a solution-driven mindset What We Offer Opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact at FIS Extensive health benefits program with family protection plan Global career mobility options Award-winning learning and career development programs Hybrid work model (home + office)
