In partnership with Sales, we work with customers to understand their priorities, shape innovative solution roadmaps, and demonstrate measurable business value. As a Solution Manager, you will be a player-manager: leading, coaching, and developing a team of pre-sales professionals while remaining actively involved in strategic customer engagements and complex opportunities. You will support healthcare opportunities across the UK and wider regions, with selective overlap into Health Insurance and Fusion OneOracle plays where a connected, enterprise-wide solution is required. This role is based in the United Kingdom and supports customers across the region, with wider collaboration as required. This is a hybrid role, combining customer-facing engagement, leadership of a distributed team, and office-based collaboration. Travel within the UK and, across EMEA will be required.
