Experienced Professional, Financial Planning and Analysis

The Senior Analyst / Principal Analyst will play a key role in supporting the implementation, ongoing upgrades, and continuous improvement of the EPM tool, while also contributing to standard FP&A activities. This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Regional Directors, Finance Business Partners, external vendors, and other senior leaders across countries, to address queries, resolve issues, and support consistent finance processes. Key responsibilities will include data uploads, reconciliations, EPM setup activities, template development, data quality assurance, process standardization, and reporting insights to support management decision-making. As the role continues to evolve, it may include additional responsibilities beyond those outlined here. B.Com / B.Com (Hons) / M.Com with 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, cost management, or finance transformation activities. An MBA in Finance would be an advantage. Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, along with strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of data structures, data flows, financial analysis, and financial planning. Knowledge of Anaplan, Hyperion tools would be an advantage. Experience with data reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination would be preferred.
