Development: Design and build custom features on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows for B2B storefronts and backend business logic . Commerce Implementation: Configure and customize native B2B Commerce functionalities including contract-based pricing, dynamic catalog routing, account hierarchies, approval workflows, and checkout processes . Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with external enterprise systems (ERP, PIM, payment gateways, logistics) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms . Agile Delivery: Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, grooming user stories, and delivering commitments alongside Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams . Quality & DevOps: Write clean, maintainable code following Salesforce best practices; perform code reviews; and support CI/CD pipelines using Git, Salesforce CLI, and automated testing (Apex Test Classes, Jest) . Experience: 5+ years of professional development experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including significant experience on B2B Commerce Cloud (or Commerce Cloud LE) . Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Apex (including Batch and Queueable) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) . Experience with REST/GraphQL API development and consumption . Commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B eCommerce processes—catalog management, pricing tiers, order management, fulfillment, and procurement workflows . Tools & Methods: Familiarity with Git version control, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies . Nice-to-Have: Salesforce Platform Developer II, B2B Commerce, or Experience Cloud certifications . Experience with headless commerce architectures or LWR (Lightning Web Runtime) . Knowledge of Salesforce Order Management (OMS) or CPQ
