Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead high-performing software engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, people management, project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of engineering practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills Strong experience in software development and system architecture. Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and modern application architectures. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation. Understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability concepts. Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integration technologies. Management Skills Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills. Budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management experience. Risk management and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing teams of 15+ engineers. Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Relevant certifications such as: PMP Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe Agilist AWS/Azure/GCP Certifications Experience working with global distributed teams.
