Required Technical Skills Data & Analytics Expert-level experience with SSIS and Snowflake Data Cloud . Strong expertise in dimensional modeling, data warehousing, ELT/ETL design, and data architecture. Experience with large-scale cloud data platforms and modern data ecosystems. Strong SQL, python and performance optimization skills. BI & Visualization Advanced experience with Tableau . Expertise in executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytical storytelling. Experience building enterprise semantic models and self-service analytics capabilities. AI / Machine Learning / GenAI Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Generative AI applications Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Prompt Engineering AI Agents and Agentic Workflows Machine Learning model development and deployment Predictive Analytics and Forecasting MLOps practices and AI governance Additional Technologies (Preferred) SAP HANA REST APIs Data Governance & Security Frameworks Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. 10+ years of overall IT experience. Minimum 5+ years of technical leadership experience. Minimum 5+ years of experience in SSIS, Snowflake and enterprise analytics platforms. Demonstrated success delivering large-scale data and AI transformation programs.
