Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking a seasoned Data Program Manager to own the Phoenix Data Workstream, a critical component of a multi‑year Oracle ERP, EPM, and finance transformation. The role will act as the single point of accountability for planning, governance, delivery coordination, risk management, stakeholder engagement and vendor oversight, ensuring a controlled, governed data landscape that enables business transformation across Finance, Technology, Reporting, Architecture, Change, Oracle and KPMG teams. 8+ years of project or programme management experience, preferably in large‑scale Oracle ERP transformations. Proven experience leading data migration workstreams and enterprise data governance initiatives. Strong understanding of finance transformation programmes and chart of accounts redesign. Demonstrated ability to manage global stakeholder groups and multi‑vendor environments. Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations and delivering against tight timelines. Oracle ERP Cloud delivery experience (highly desirable). Hands‑on experience with Oracle EDM and FCCS (highly desirable). Experience implementing ODP or enterprise data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric (highly desirable). Financial Services industry background (highly desirable). Excellent communication, negotiation and risk mitigation skills.
