This structured 12 week onboarding and development program is designed to accelerate the growth of early-career technicians by combining hands-on operational experience, technical training, mentorship, and career development. The trainee program involves 2 weeks of classroom-based training plus 10 weeks of on-the-job training at our data centres. This is a paid 12 week trainee program and successful candidates will be considered for full time permanent opportunities at the conclusion of the program.
