Own overall technical architecture, integration strategy, solution design, estimation, implementation planning, and delivery governance for Sapiens engagements. Experience 12–18 years in insurance technology and enterprise architecture Minimum 5+ years in Sapiens architecture and implementations Proven experience leading large-scale Sapiens transformation programs Experience across cloud, integration, data and platform architecture Leadership Expectations Trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and Transformation Leaders. Ability to lead architecture discussions independently. Own technical solutions from pursuit through implementation. Serve as the technical face of the Zensar Sapiens practice.
