Working with project management, design, commissioning, operations, contractors, and specialist vendors, the role oversees construction execution across base building, fit-out readiness, power, cooling, containment, controls, security, and enabling works. The position is accountable for site safety, quality assurance, programme and milestone control, contractor coordination, risk management, and issue resolution. The Construction Manager ensures work is delivered in accordance with approved designs, project requirements, and applicable local regulations, while coordinating the construction-to-commissioning transition and supporting a smooth final handover.
