Job Description – Senior Product Manager (Technical Assessments Platform) Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) Experience: 10+ Years Experience (Preferably Assessments or HR Tech) About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation coding assessment modules for early-career and experienced hiring. You will lead end-to-end product strategy, from ideation to delivery, for core technical assessment experiences across multiple languages, frameworks, and roles. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for coding assessments (e.g., front-end, back-end, full-stack, SQL, DevOps). Collaborate with engineering, UX, content, and data science teams to build scalable and reliable assessment experiences. Conduct deep market and user research to identify product gaps and emerging trends. Own product KPIs like assessment completion rate, candidate satisfaction, and enterprise adoption. Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to define GTM and drive product adoption. Prioritize features and tech investments using data, impact, and business value. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or developer platforms. Strong understanding of technical hiring, programming languages, and workflows. Prior 3+ years of development/engineering experience, preferred. Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on with product discovery, agile delivery, and metrics-driven prioritization. Nice to Have: Experience building assessment or developer tools, coding platforms, or HR tech products(optional). Familiarity with ATS integrations and HR workflows. Experience with AI-powered personalization or adaptive assessments. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or developer platforms. Strong understanding of technical hiring, programming languages, and workflows.
