You will manage and direct project scope, while identifying risk areas and proposing resolution strategies to leadership. In addition, you will localize the client adoption plan by sharing best practices and leveraging behavior change techniques and adult learning principles. You will function as an integral part of the Adoption community; mentoring and educating other associates on adoption strategy and ensuring best practices are being observed and rolled out across engagements.
