What You Will Be Doin g As part of a client-facing Professional Services team, the Senior Consultant provides dedicated support to one or more strategic clients implementing Commercial Loan Servicing. In this role, you will: Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements. Defines product scope, objectives and requirements. Define specifications and data models for product development and testing. Gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements for software modifications, custom enhancements, and system-to-system integrations. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and procedural guides. Collaborate closely with technical analysts and developers to translate requirements into functional designs and accurate development estimates. Develop detailed test plans and test cases to validate that application changes meet business needs and maintain system integrity. Conduct various testing, including system, integration, readiness, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure quality and functionality. Provide ongoing support to developers throughout the development lifecycle, clarifying requirements and resolving issues as needed. Assist clients during their testing efforts, offering guidance and troubleshooting to ensure successful validation and adoption. What You Brin g Extensive, direct functional experience with Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) or any other Commercial Lending solutions. Typically, 5 years or more experience working with financial institutions, having direct involvement in functional or technical aspects of commercial loan servicing. Strong experience with Data Migration, System Integration and API Execution. Candidates experience with any of the following platforms will be highly preferred: Loan IQ, nCino, AFSVision (AFS) or Oracle Financial Services Lending. Demonstrated experience with system conversions, including analyzing and documenting application and system interactions to support and enhance business processes. Strong communication skills in an internal and customer-facing environment. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and time management. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Hands-on experience with end-to-end software implementation, preferably with a software vendor. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Willingness to travel 25–50% to support client engagements.
