Accountabilities:: Serve as the single accountable owner for each prioritized initiative from concept through go-to-market, establishing the strategy and maintaining execution discipline. Own and evolve the commercialization and launch playbook, including RACI structures, launch tiering, readiness gates, and the authority to delay launches that are not ready. Define each offer, including target audience, positioning, pricing, scope, and exclusions, using AI-assisted market and pricing analysis to validate assumptions. Build and maintain a comprehensive launch calendar, managing sequencing, dependencies, and readiness across multiple concurrent initiatives. Recruit, lead, and develop a small commercialization tiger team, including program management and business/data capabilities. Bring together stakeholders from marketing, product, sales, delivery, and other functions while maintaining accountability to the shared launch plan. Leverage AI-powered co-worker agents to streamline program tracking, status reporting, readiness checklists, and other operational activities. Partner with marketing to develop launch materials such as one-pagers, pricing sheets, demos, and proof points, using AI tools to accelerate development and iteration. Partner with sales leadership on enablement and ensure commercial teams have the tools and knowledge needed to successfully position new offers. Confirm implementation and support readiness before each launch gate. Define success metrics for each initiative and lead post-launch reviews to determine what should scale, iterate, or stop. Develop business cases for commercialization headcount and costs and represent the function in annual operating planning with Finance and executive leadership. Continuously evolve the commercialization operating model and use AI as a core lever for scaling the function. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or a closely related field, with a proven record of taking new offers from concept through launch. Demonstrated ability to build and lead small, cross-functional teams while influencing stakeholders who may not report directly to you. Strong fluency with AI tools and demonstrated experience incorporating them into daily workflows for market and pricing analysis, program tracking, launch planning, or content development. Strong pricing and packaging expertise, including experience defining offer scope, tiering, positioning, and unit economics. Experience developing and operating structured launch playbooks with clear ownership models, such as RACI, launch tiers, and readiness gates. Strong judgment and willingness to hold or delay a launch when required to protect quality and commercial outcomes. Excellent executive communication skills, including experience presenting to senior finance, strategy, and executive stakeholders and building support for investment and headcount decisions. Strong program management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives, dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in B2B fintech or SaaS commercialization is preferred. Experience partnering with strategy or corporate development teams on new business lines is preferred. Familiarity with AI-powered program management or market analysis tools is preferred. Experience building a new function from the ground up and securing resources through an annual operating planning process is preferred. Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage.
