VIP CRM Lead

Accountabilities:: Develop and implement the VIP CRM strategy at the brand level, aligning initiatives with customer and business objectives. Build and execute VIP communication coverage plans across key customer segments, scenarios, and markets. Oversee and continuously develop CRM journeys across multiple regions. Monitor CRM communication effectiveness and customer scenario performance on a regular basis. Analyze key CRM and customer metrics in partnership with analysts and align insights across regional teams. Identify underperforming journeys, investigate performance gaps, and initiate changes to improve effectiveness. Establish a consistent approach to VIP CRM processes, standards, and execution across regions. Share successful campaigns, use cases, and best practices between regional teams. Research relevant market solutions, CRM approaches, and industry best practices and assess their applicability. Test, optimize, and scale successful CRM mechanics across different markets. Coordinate CRM initiatives with VIP Operations, Analytics, Product, and other cross-functional teams. Support continuous improvement of VIP engagement strategies through data-driven experimentation and performance analysis. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, VIP marketing, or a closely related field. Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer segmentation, communication planning, and lifecycle journeys. Experience managing CRM initiatives across multiple markets or regions is highly valued. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements. Experience identifying underperforming customer journeys and developing optimization strategies. Ability to evaluate market trends, identify effective CRM practices, and adapt successful approaches to different markets. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside analytics, operations, product, and marketing teams. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around common CRM standards and objectives. Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on experimentation, continuous improvement, and measurable results.
