Vice President of Enterprise Technology

Accountabilities:: Lead the Site Reliability Engineering and Corporate IT organizations, establishing a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy in partnership with the CTO and broader executive leadership. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technical leaders and distributed engineering teams while strengthening organizational capabilities and operational maturity. Own platform reliability, availability, observability, incident response, compliance, and operational readiness, establishing and monitoring SLOs, SLIs, and key operational metrics. Lead major incident management, root-cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives while driving automation that reduces manual effort and improves operational efficiency. Define and execute the strategy for enterprise IT services, including identity and access management, endpoint management, networking, collaboration platforms, and corporate systems. Ensure secure, scalable technology solutions support a distributed workforce and oversee IT service delivery, including escalations and critical support issues. Evaluate and modernize enterprise technology platforms to improve employee productivity, reliability, security, and operational efficiency. Partner with Security and Compliance teams to support FedRAMP authorization and ongoing compliance requirements, including alignment with NIST 800-53 controls and related regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with Engineering to integrate security, governance, and compliance into operational workflows and support audits, continuous monitoring, and customer security assessments. Present operational performance, risks, priorities, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership while managing budgets, resource planning, and technology vendors. Serve as an executive technology leader during major production incidents and critical customer escalations, providing direction and ensuring effective resolution. Requirements 10+ years of experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, Site Reliability Engineering, platform engineering, enterprise operations, or related technology organizations. 5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience overseeing multiple technical organizations or functions. Proven experience leading SRE, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise operations teams in complex technology environments. Hands-on technical expertise with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience supporting FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or other regulated security and compliance frameworks. Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud architecture, networking, identity and access management, security practices, and operational resilience. Experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, and DevSecOps methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead remote and geographically distributed technical teams. Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. Experience operating in a SaaS environment and supporting enterprise-scale technology organizations is strongly valued. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps or enterprise software delivery platforms is preferred. Experience supporting enterprise or government customers is an advantage. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialty, or comparable credentials are preferred. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and able to obtain a government security clearance if required. Must live and work from the United States; H-1B and other work visa holders are not eligible for this position. Benefits Base salary of $250,000–$280,000 USD , plus variable compensation. 100% remote work arrangement within the United States. Approximately 10% travel associated with the role.
