Technicien(ne) informatique – Systèmes, Virtualisation et IA

Accountabilities:: Administer, optimize, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s virtual hosting and virtualization environments . Manage virtualization platforms including Proxmox and VMware , ensuring performance, availability, and reliability. Install, configure, secure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server environments. Perform SQL administration activities including database indexing, configuration, maintenance, and security . Support the deployment, automation, and technical operation of AI-powered tools and models . Explore and contribute to the integration of emerging AI technologies into infrastructure and operational workflows. Provide technical support for server and network infrastructure , investigating and resolving issues as required. Support the underlying technology environment for business applications, including basic technical support for ACCEO Services de garde software. Use tools such as PowerShell, Active Directory, and Windows Server to administer and maintain IT environments. Apply security standards and best practices across infrastructure, systems, databases, and related technologies. Document systems, configurations, and technical procedures clearly for operational continuity. Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support while contributing to user satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, automation, security, and operational efficiency. Requirements DEC or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field , or equivalent professional experience. 3–5 years of relevant experience managing servers, virtualization environments, and general IT infrastructure. Proven hands-on experience with virtualization technologies , particularly Proxmox and VMware . Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server , including installation, configuration, indexing, security, and ongoing administration. Practical experience with PowerShell, Active Directory, and Windows Server . Strong interest in or practical experience with artificial intelligence technologies , including AI tools, models, automation, or technical integrations. Good understanding of general server, network, and infrastructure support . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to diagnosing technical issues. High degree of autonomy, resourcefulness, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies . Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to IT security standards and best practices . Excellent customer-service orientation , with a consistent focus on user satisfaction. Fluency in French and English , both written and spoken, to collaborate with partners and document technical systems. Benefits Permanent, full-time position of 37.5 hours per week.
