Staff Content Designer, Investing

Accountabilities:: Serve as the content design voice for investing experiences, making complex concepts such as options, margin trading, predictions, perpetuals, and futures understandable without oversimplifying them. Write, edit, and structure product content that supports both first-time investors and experienced traders. Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers from the earliest stages of major initiatives to shape product direction, positioning, and user experiences. Influence product decisions through content strategy, user-centered thinking, research, and clear communication. Use AI throughout the product lifecycle, including research, prototyping, experimentation, and code changes, to increase productivity and impact. Develop content standards, reusable patterns, templates, workflows, and guidelines that enable teams to create consistent, high-quality experiences. Identify opportunities to automate content processes and scale content production while maintaining quality and consistency. Mentor and coach other content professionals and share effective practices, techniques, and approaches across the organization. Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving quickly when appropriate while maintaining attention to critical details. Help evolve content design practices as product needs, technologies, and customer expectations change. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a closely related discipline at a senior or staff level. Demonstrated ability to learn complex or unfamiliar subject matter and develop sufficient expertise to communicate it clearly to others. Experience using AI to increase individual impact, improve workflows, or empower other team members. Experience creating content standards or integrating product content best practices and guidelines into a design system. Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute detailed content work independently. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work across different contexts, and make thoughtful decisions at speed. Experience mentoring, coaching, or empowering other professionals through knowledge sharing and best practices. Strong collaboration and listening skills, with a user-centered approach to understanding and solving customer problems. Experience partnering with Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to deliver consistent and unified messaging. Strong writing, editing, communication, and storytelling skills. Portfolio containing at least three case studies demonstrating how writing and design improved user experiences and contributed to business outcomes.
