Accountabilities:: Own positioning and messaging for agentic AI assurance, developing clear narratives that differentiate the product, resonate with enterprise buyers, and evolve as the market and competitive landscape change. Lead go-to-market activities for agentic AI product releases from end to end, including launch tiering, sales enablement, content development, analyst and press briefings, and post-launch measurement against pipeline objectives. Develop and maintain competitive positioning by tracking AI evaluation vendors, contact-center-native testing solutions, and manual QA alternatives, while providing sales teams with clear guidance on competitive strengths, limitations, and differentiation. Build sales enablement materials including pitches, discovery questions, objection-handling frameworks, and demo narratives, while participating in sales calls to identify gaps and improve messaging effectiveness. Create technically credible content such as solution briefs, analyst submissions, webinars, launch blogs, and conference presentations covering agentic AI assurance, LLM risk, AI governance, and customer experience. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to connect product strategy and technical capabilities with market needs, customer value propositions, and effective sales execution. Use market feedback, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and launch performance data to continuously refine product messaging, go-to-market strategies, and commercial positioning. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI product marketing, with a strong understanding of enterprise technology markets and product-led or sales-led commercial environments. Demonstrated experience leading product launches that generated measurable pipeline impact, with the ability to use performance data to evaluate and communicate results. Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively without unnecessary complexity. Comfortable working with technical buyers and product teams, with the ability to understand sophisticated technologies and translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value. Experience supporting enterprise sales motions involving long buying cycles, multiple stakeholders, and complex decision-making processes. Experience or strong interest in AI-native or agentic AI environments is highly valuable, particularly within a fast-moving technology market. Background in customer experience or contact centers, including conversational AI, natural language understanding, or contact center operations, is an advantage. Experience in quality assurance, software testing, observability, monitoring, or related technology categories is considered a strong asset. Strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic global environment.
