Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), subcontractors, and other industry partners. Assess supplier capacity, manufacturing constraints, quality standards, lead times, delivery performance, and commercial risks to support informed sourcing decisions. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials, technical specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements. Experience assessing suppliers based on pricing, manufacturing capacity, lead times, quality, delivery performance, and commercial risk. Strong understanding of long-lead equipment and supply chain challenges that can affect construction schedules, energization, and commissioning.
