Accountabilities: Fullstack Architecture and Solution Design: Define comprehensive fullstack solutions for assigned initiatives, covering frontend development, backend services, integrations, and data persistence. Technical Requirements and Specifications: Translate business requirements into clear technical objectives, addressing both functional and non-functional needs, including scalability, performance, availability, and security. Work Breakdown and Delivery Enablement: Break down initiatives into detailed user stories and tasks, defining technical acceptance criteria and development requirements that enable engineering teams to work independently and efficiently. Technical Debt Management: Assess existing applications, identify architectural limitations and technical debt, and document improvement opportunities in a traceable and prioritized manner in collaboration with product teams. Requirements Fullstack Development Experience: Extensive professional experience developing fullstack applications using React.js and Node.js. JavaScript and TypeScript: Advanced proficiency in the JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystems, including modern development practices and application architecture. Software Architecture: Proven experience defining technical standards, applying design patterns, and promoting engineering best practices across development teams. High-Availability Systems: Practical experience building and maintaining digital products that require high availability, reliability, and ongoing operational support.
